Payment for purchases is securely accepted either by credit or debit card through PayPal. All orders placed on our website are accepted at our discretion; in some instances where the value is high we may ask for payment to be made directly into our account. In the event of a payment problem, if no attempt has been made by the customer to resolve the problem, we reserve the right to cancel the order after 7 days.
Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in full. If payment is declined by your card issuer, you will be contacted. In the event of the customer's insolvency Pipeblower Publishing reserves the right to reclaim goods for which full payment has not been made.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders which are in stock on the day the order has been placed. If you need delivery by a certain time please state this clearly on your order and we will do our best to oblige.
If Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce and other courier shipments are requested, please note that a signature may be required upon delivery to your address. You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package(s) goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email or telephone) quoting your order reference. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order.
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. If you do order an item and it is out of stock we will endeavour to notify you within 1 working day of your order being placed. We will keep items on back order for you unless you contact us to cancel your order.
